FEMALE FOOTBALL LEADERS
FEMALE FOOTBALL LEADERS
Designed to help address the low levels of women in key decision-making roles within football and, to date, there have been more than 100 graduates.
The course is suitable for women who are currently playing, volunteering, or working in football and who are curious about their leadership potential or already aspire to leadership positions and want to develop their skills to achieve this.
Elite Female Leadership Programme
The Elite Female Leadership programme has been launched by the Irish FA in partnership with Electric Ireland to boost progression across top level roles for women in Northern Ireland.
It has been developed as part of the Irish FA’s five-year strategy to grow the women’s game at all levels. It is a dynamic seven-month course based on the latest neuroscience, positive psychology and peak performance research. This new programme has evolved following the success of the Electric Ireland Female Football Leaders Programme that has been in place since 2013 and has to date enabled more than 120 women to use their influence and leadership skills within sport to positively impact communities.

Lisa and Sinead are co-founders of Reboot and share a unique bond fueled by their love of powering women into top positions in sports. Together they’ve developed programmes across Football, Hockey, and Tennis. They love to clash together the best of business and sports psychology, with the best of leadership development to deliver transformational courses. Together they have coached and developed over 10,000 women to excel.
An expert in transitions, Lisa’s impactful keynotes on resilience and leadership have made her an international speaker. On a mission to stop the menopause talent drain, Sinead is a passionate advocate for women to maximise their impact. Lisa and Sinead are both lifelong learners educated to Masters level, are International Coaching Federation accredited coaches, and hold many professional certifications and licenses including Positive Intelligence coaching, NLP Master practitioner, Accelerated Learning.
